24ozBertolli® Traditional Marinara with Italian Herbs and Fresh Garlic:
15ozBertolli® Alfredo With Aged Parmesan Cheese
1 1/2 cparmesan cheesegrated
2tbspsfresh basilchopped
Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the tortellini per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix Bertolli Marinara and Bertolli Alfredo sauces to make your Rosa sauce. Set aside.
Turn oven on to broil.
Heat olive oil in your skillet over medium high heat.
Reduce heat to medium and add onion, garlic, and Italian sausage.
Sauté until the meat is browned and onions translucent, about 8 minutes.
Add green peppers and sauté until peppers start to soften, about 2-3 minutes.
Once the meat and veggies are cooked, add tortellini to the skillet and toss.
Add Rosa sauce and stir, covering all tortellini.
Sprinkle 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese over the dish. Put in oven on broil and watch closely. As soon as the cheese starts to look golden brown on top, remove from oven.
Serve immediately. Garnish with additional parmesan cheese and basil and enjoy!
Notes
