Baked Garlic Parmesan Veggies
These baked Garlic Parmesan Veggies are the perfect side dish. They're also a great way to get veggies into reluctant veggie-eaters!

Ingredients

or veggie of choice

zucchini
chopped into half-circles

extra virgin olive oil

parmesan cheese
grated

garlic
minced

garlic salt

Italian seasoning

tbsp
butter
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 Degrees F. Spray or line a baking sheet, set aside.
In a large bowl, toss together all of the ingredients (except butter) until the vegetables are evenly coated. Spread onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until veggies are tender. If desired, top with melted butter.
