Instructions
Turn Instant pot on to saute’. Add oil, onions and peppers. Saute’ until tender, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds more. Turn off Instant pot.
Remove the vegetables from Instant pot and set aside.
Add beef to Instant pot, sprinkle with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Add broth.
Cover the pot, make sure it is in the ‘sealed’ position. Set manual pressure for 20 minutes. Allow to natural release for 10 minutes, then carefully turn the knob to vent and allow steam to escape.
Place rolls on a sheet pan. Top them with steak, onions and peppers, and a slice of cheese. Place in the broiler for a few minutes until cheese is melted.
