We love these Instant Pot Peanut Butter Steel Cut Oats! Only three ingredients, and kids love this healthy breakfast recipe! Plus, it's 21 Day Fix-friendly with container counts included.
Add the water and oats to your Instant Pot. Make sure the oats are covered by the water.
Secure the lid and set the pressure release valve to Sealing. Select the Porridge setting, and set the cook time for 12 minutes on high pressure.
Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes. After ten minutes, move the pressure release to Venting to release any remaining steam. Open the lid carefully and stir.
Add the peanut butter and stir until completely mixed in.
It will last for a few days in the fridge, but I freeze mine. I portion it out in a silicone muffin pan like this one, cover it, stick it in freeer, and then when it's frozen I transfer to a freezer-friendly container.
Top with bananas, strawberries, or nuts.
