Guys. Can we just talk about pizza for a minute? I say this every time I post a pizza recipe but it’s true so I’ll say it again – pizza is my favorite food to blog about. I love making it and I love eating it. And this whole wheat artichoke pizza is no exception. It’s perfect for the 21 Day Fix and Weight Watchers, and the Mediterranean twist makes it feel kind of fancy.

A few notes about this heaping crust of goodness:

Pizza is hard to mess up. You can make any substitutions you see fit for this recipe. If you don’t have feta, parmesan is also a great choice!

This recipe is for two pizzas, but you can double or halve this recipe no problem!

21 Day Fix Artichoke Heart Pizza

You’ll have leftover artichoke hearts that you’ll probably want to use up during the week (and black olives, too) – here are some recipes that also use artichoke hearts so you can plan accordingly (ooooooh, artichoke week sounds like a good idea to me!):

21 Day Fix Artichoke Heart Pizza

Here are the ingredients for this yummy artichoke heart-inspired pizza (I love all the colors…honestly, it seemed like a lot of work to cut up just a little but of onion for this recipe but it ended up being worth it AND it makes my pizza look like a rainbow):

  • Whole wheat pita bread
  • Artichoke hearts
  • Tomato
  • Onion
  • Black Olives
  • Basil
  • Mozzarella
  • Feta
  • Olive Oil
  • Balsamic

So basically, a bunch of my favorite flavors piled high on a chewy but crispy pita bread with cheese and oil…what’s not to love?

While we’re talking unique pizzas, I have a couple others you might want to try out, too – like this Grape, Walnut & Arugula Pizza or this Strawberry Pecan & Feta Pizza!

Notes

21 Day Fix container counts (1 serving = 1 pizza): 1 yellow, 1/4 green, 1 blue, 1/2 orange, 1/2 tsp
Weight Watchers Freestyle Points (1 serving = 1 pizza): 6 (reduce the cheese or take out the oil completely to make it even fewer points...honestly, this doesn't need much cheese at all!)
