I’m a planner. (“You?? Nooooo. No way.” 😉 ) But I’m sure you already know this. And while I spend so much time planning every stupid little detail of my day, I’m always forgetting about planning out my meals. Silly, right? It was one of my New Year’s resolutions and it’s probably the one I gave up on first. #oopsies
So it’s time for me to reel it in, because not planning my meals is costing me way too much time and money, and is usually what leads to overindulging and breaking my dietary rules. These Weight Watchers lunch ideas are a great way to start getting in the groove of meal planning…again.

The great thing about all of these recipes is that you can prep most of them in advance. If you don’t like scrambling around each day trying to find something healthy, calculate the points, and then finally sit down to eat only to realize you are out of time, these recipes will help.
