I am loving all of these different vanilla Shakeology recipes (perfect for the 21 Day Fix, any beachbody program, or just healthy eating!). Such a variety! Looks like we won’t be getting bored with the same old repeats anytime soon. Especially when you have even more to discover with our Chocolate, Strawberry, and Greenberry Shakeology recipe round ups.
You don’t *need* to drink Shakeology on the 21 Day Fix, but I do believe it makes it easier (especially if it’s your first time doing the fix!).
Vanilla Shakeology Recipes
Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake: You can make this with or without protein powder.
Vanilla Chai Protein Shakeology: Chai is one of my favorite teas and now you can enjoy it with Shakeology.
Caramel Apple Shakeology: Talk about a treat! It does not get any better than this.
Not So Terrible Cookies & Cream Shakeology: It is possible to throw cookies into the mix, all you need to do is control the portions.
Cake Batter Shakeology: These vanilla Shakeology Recipes just keep on getting better.
Strawberry Cheesecake Shakeology: You can satisfy your cravings without falling off track with this one.
Snickerdoodle Vanilla Shakeology: Adding almond butter to your Shakeology adds a lot of flavor and protein.
Pumpkin Spice Shakeology Latte: Yes… everything does come in pumpkin spice, including Shakeology!
Root Beer Float Shakeology: This recipe uses a root beer oil. Love it.
Power Bites with Vanilla Shakeology: These bites are packed full of ingredients that will give your body just what it needs to power through the day.
Does this list inspire you to try any other Shakeology variations? I think using different types of melons could work. Maybe even make a spicy version by throwing in some hot sauce or adding some basil or other fresh herbs to the mix. We would love to hear about your vanilla Shakeology recipe ideas. I’ve been thinking about trying Shakeology in the new year. I could do the shakes for breakfast as I am a horrible breakfast eater and usually forget our have a yogurt. I’ve pinned this, the recipes sound yummy.
You would love Shakeology! It’s actually pretty good and ther are so many ways yo can make them.
I have a hard time with vanilla foaming up on me with other protein powders, can you tell me if Shakeology foams when blended in a blender?
I didn’t notice any problem with it foaming when I would blend it. But I’ve never had vanilla Shakeology – only chocolate!
Chocolate never gives me a problem either, only vanilla. I just can’t figure it out.
