Rainbow Breakfast Lunch Dinner Meal Planner Printable
When life is busy and especially during the summer months I like to have a rainbow meal planner like this to keep track of the weekly meals. Everyone can give me their ideas and I put them into the planner each week.
When someone asks “Mom! What’s for dinner!?” I can just point at the fridge or wherever I have this hanging and they can go check the list! It’s also a really great to tool to stick to a healthier diet and eating plan.
If you are on a budget or are trying to cut down on food expenses you should try a breakfast lunch and dinner meal plan. It is an excellent way to stick to your grocery budget since you can plan for an entire week and then shop from the list only!
What is a BLD meal planner?
BLD meal planner stands for “breakfast lunch dinner” meal planner. It just means that we’re planning for all three meals of the day on one sheet. Some people only plan their dinners and they just kind of wing it for the rest of the meals.
That works for some people but for others a rainbow meal planner like this will work better because it doesn’t leave any room for guess work.
When life is extra hectic I find that having all the meals of the day planned out in advance helps me prep better and keeps us from ending up with excessive takeout meals!
There are spaces for snacks as well and then you have a shopping list on the side. It makes the whole process of planning and prepping meals so much easier!
