How do I use a meal planning printable?
The way I have this printable set up (and all of my meal planning printables, actually), you’ll use the left-hand side for your weekly menu. Write down what you’ll be eating. Then, use the right-hand side for you grocery list. Some people tear or cut the list off…others will take the whole page to the store so they can remember what they’re having for the week and make changes if necessary.
What are some good meal prep recipes for May?
May is usually a busy month. Many of us have kids in school and this is the time of year the school year wraps up. It’s also the gateway to summer…we’ve got more daylight, warmer days, and lots of activities! This is a great month for meal prepping.
