How do I use meal planning templates?
They are super easy, and you can use them in whatever way works best for you. Use them just for dinner, or plan all your meals for the week. I like to print a couple of templates and plan at least two weeks at a time so that I know what’s coming up.
You can use the right side of the page as a handy place to fill in the groceries you will need for each meal. You can take the whole sheet with you to the store or even cut off the grocery list portion when you are headed to the store.
Keep the meal planning sheet in your regular planner, or some people prefer to create a folder or binder just for meal planning.
TIP: Don’t throw away your old meal plans! Save them for future weeks when you need some meal planning inspiration.
