Ever since we’ve launched our Gratitude Journal, I’ve made it a real priority to practice gratitude in my own life (you can read my gratitude story here). You guys, it really, truly is life-changing to focus on gratitude. I mean it. Even if you can only come up with one thing a day you’re grateful for, you’ll start to see a shift in how your perceive the world around you (in the best way possible!).
My friend Kristen and I made the gratitude journals together (you can read her story here). Awhile back, she shared a quote with me that really rang true…so we decided to turn this printable gratitude quote into art.
