It seems to be that time of year. The time of year people make plans to travel. And, we are no different. As I finished writing my eBook, The Ultimate Guide to Freezer Cooking, we decided to take a short sabbatical from the rest of the world. What a nice break!
Before we left though, we had to pack. I don’t know about you, but packing is my absolute least favorite thing to do when it comes to going on a trip. I don’t know why, but I have a huge aversion to packing. Maybe it has to do with all the moves we have made during my husband’s military career. All I know is I don’t like packing at all.
I thought it might make packing a little easier if I made a checklist of all the things we would need for our trip. Since our girls are older and can pack for themselves, all I needed to do was email them the printout. I have to say, having the printout did help in the whole packing process. My only complaint about packing for this trip was why hadn’t I thought of making a printable sooner!
