Brick Loot sent us a free box to check out – we loved it and I think you will, too. All opinions are my own.

Y’all know I’m a subscription box junkie. I love them…the value, the fun goodies I get introduced to, the surprise of it all – they’re just FUN. Brick Loot is no exception. It’s a LEGO subscription box, and we got one last week.

The kids fought over who got to open the box (of course). I ended up letting them both dig into it.

Does Brick Loot use real Legos?

Yes. The Brick Loot boxes include real LEGO bricks and minifigures, although these are unique LEGO kits. You will not find these in stores!

How much does Brick Loot cost?

The monthly subscriptions are between $24-27, depending on how many months you purchase (it gets cheaper the longer the subscription). Each box has a value of $45+.

What comes in a Brick Loot box?

YOU GUYS. This box was so fun. Each month is themed, and this month’s theme was video games. Here’s what we got:

  • Speedway Race Arcade Kit
  • Motorcycle Video Game Kit (with light up motorcyle!)
  • Video Game Guy Minifigure
  • Pac-Man hat

Both of my kids would call themselves gamers, and they are definitely LEGO maniacs, so this was, like, the best thing ever.

I know how much LEGOs cost (if you saw our extensive LEGO collection, you’d have a lot of faith in my LEGO pricing abilities, HA). These Brick Loot boxes feel like a great value to me. Also, they’re perfect for gifts.

This is one of those things I will probably tell my parents to get for Jack for his birthday…one box would be fun, but a three-month gift subscription is a fantastic gift.
