How to draw printable for kids
You can add art to the list of subjects I never expected to teach my kids. Aside from working on craft projects for fun, I never expected to find myself in a situation where I had to assign art projects. But here we are, homeschooling for the first time, and I’m suddenly looking for art projects to give the kids each week.
If you’re also homeschooling, don’t forget to grab this cute printable student planner – it can be a great way to get kids organized at home.
Little Passports sent us this fun printable to share with you guys, and I think it’s a great way to fill in some of the gaps in our homeschool (and let’s be honest, there are gaps).
Take a breather and learn about sloths with this How to Draw a Sloth worksheet from Little Passports. Kids can learn animal facts while practicing their art skills! Don’t stop there – check out Little Passports’ other great resources for young children.
How to use your sloth printable
I recommend printing this out for the kids and letting them trace the steps for practice. This is first-hand experience as Parent of a Perfectionist. Of course, all kids really need to do is follow the steps on their own paper…but some kids might like to practice first!
Once they get the hang of it, they can easily draw this sloth on their own. Kids can get creative and make the sloth do fun things as well as color him (her?) any color they like. This is a really fun little project.
