I’m doing something crazy (like, cray-cray crazy, you guys) and starting up a round of the 21 Day Fix before the holidays.
I know.
WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME.
Cookies and cocktails and chocolate and party food. <<< none of those are 21 Day Fix approved…at least, not in the forms I like to take them.
But the fix will end before Christmas, so I can technically have a successful round and *still* gorge myself on holiday goodness for Christmas Eve and Christmas, should I so desire. And I totally desire.
But what I thought I’d do is round up some extra delicious, holiday-like, 21 Day Fix-approved food for the next few weeks to get me going. And you know what food I actually love and eat every day, even when a diet is the last thing on my mind?
Oatmeal.
Pin for later!

My oatmeal always must be topped with cinnamon and nutmeg and made with vanilla almond milk or add vanilla extract if I’m using water. For crunch sometimes I do granola, or pecans.
I add Nutella
A scoop of Nutella and a scoop of does the trick for me!
I like my oatmeal with brown sugar on top.
I like my oatmeal with a little bit of milk and tiny bit of splenda. Thank you for the chance 🙂
Look forward to trying some of these recipes. I just got Hammer & Chisel and it came with the 21 day fitx containers. I am probably crazy to try and do this before the holidays but I am at least going to make it my goal to be good and stick to it during the week days. In Jan. I will do the whole 60 day program.
I want to try Hammer & Chisel, too…the problem is I’ve totally slacked off and am in horrible shape, so I need to do another round (or two) of the 21 Day Fix to get back into the swing of things. I’d love to hear how you like Hammer & Chisel!
