Pumpkin Cookies – Two of these tasty cookies is a yellow treat swap.

21 Day Fix Cheesecake – You guys, this recipe has protein in it. Yay! 1/2 red, 1/4 purple, 1 tsp.

Pumpkin Pie Yogurt Parfait – Breakfast? Or dessert? You decide! 1 red, 1/4 purple, 1 yellow, 3 sweetener tsps

Clean Pumpkin Pie – Yes, please! Yellow treat swap.

Apple Blackberry Cheesecake Tart – Crowd pleaser! 2 Tsp, 1 1/2 Tsp sugar/honey, 1/2 Yellow, 1/4 Purple, 1/3 Blue, 1/6 Red

Baked Apples – This a great, fall-inspired way to get your fruit in. 1 purple, 2 tsp, and 1/4 red (there are lots of other great 21 Day Fix Apple Recipes here)

Pumpkin Coconut  Crème Brûlée –  Crème Brûlée is my love language. 1 Blue, 1/4 Red, 1/6 Purple, 2 1/4 tsp of sugar

Pumpkin Spiced Apples – I count these as a purple!

Pumpkin Custard Tart – She had me at pumpkin! 1/2 Yellow, 1/2 Blue, 2 tsp and 2 tsp of sugar

Raspberry Filled Chocolates – Yum and yes, please, again. 1 tsp (yes, you read that right!)

You don’t have to skip dessert this holiday season. You also don’t have to give up on your plan. These desserts are all 21 Day Fix friendly and can be enjoyed by everyone. Whether you love pecan pie or buckeyes, you’ll have something yummy this holiday season.
