21 Day Fix Breakfast Toast Recipes
Toast is so easy. To simplify your mornings, you could even prep the toppings and have them ready to go so all you need to do is stick a piece of toast in the toaster and add your pre-prepped toppings once it’s ready.
Blueberry Almond
1 slice whole grain toast
2 tsp almond butter
1-2 tbsp blueberries
1 tsp shredded unsweetened coconut
3 almonds
Blueberry Almond Container Counts
1 yellow
1/4 purple
1-2 tsp
1/4 blue
Raspberry Peach
1 slice whole grain toast
1/4 cup plain non-fat yogurt
peach slices from 1/4 of a peach
5-6 raspberries
honey for drizzling
Raspberry Peach Container Counts
1 yellow
1/3 red
1/2 purple
1 tsp
Strawberry Avocado
1 slice whole grain toast
2 tsp cream cheese
3-4 slices avocado
1-2 strawberries sliced
(Random note about strawberry and avocado…a few nights ago, I had a salad that was strawberry, avocado, walnuts and red peppers and it was SO GOOD. Carry on, then.)

1 yellow
1 blue
1/4 purple
Oatmeal Cookie
1 slice whole grain toast
2 tsp peanut butter
1 tbsp rolled oats
5-6 chocolate chips

1 1/4 yellow
2 tsp
(you can decide if you want to count the chocolate chips or not…since there are only 5-6, I decided not to count them)
